Refund policy

Cancellations Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling One free reschedule is allowed per booking with at least 24 hours notice. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.

Completed Services No refunds are issued once the shoot has been completed and media has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Weather-Related Cancellations If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund or free reschedule at your preference.
