Terms of service

Homeview  provides professional real estate media services including photography, videography, drone footage, floor plans, and virtual tours. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Scheduling All bookings must be confirmed in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions (especially for drone/exterior shoots) with no penalty.

Payment Payment is due upon delivery of final media unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold final files until payment is received.

Deliverables Final edited photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Rush delivery may incur additional fees.

Usage Rights Media produced by Homeview is licensed for real estate marketing purposes only. The client may use the media for MLS listings, social media, and marketing materials. Homeview retains the right to use media in its portfolio.

Liability Homeview is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, access restrictions, or property conditions.
